Teaching and pedagogical development
I regularly teach topics such as dramaturgy, theatre history and historiography, theory of theatre and more. I also supervise on PHD, MA and BA levels.
In 2025, I was awarded the status of Excellent Teaching Practitioner and the University of Bergen (Faculty of Humanities) Sparrow Owl Prize for educational quality in 2026.
I enjoy developing my teaching to promote active learning. I have participated in The Digital Curriculum and a National eScience Pilot Project developing tools for digital drama analysis. Check out this article on some of our findings.
I have also headed several pedagogical pilot projects on academic writing and peer feedback. Check out an
